Optimal Tools is an IT support company dedicated to helping small businesses and charities in London to get the best from their investment in technology. We've been running for 12 years and do anything from basic IT support jobs to writing custom systems for our clients.

We've been Microsoft partners since the very start of the business, and have also attained their Small Business Specialist qualifications. Since 2011 we have been cloud partners, and have considerable experience in deploying their Office365 cloud email services both in the UK and abroad.
Ethical IT provide solutions and IT support for charities, social enterprises, community groups and voluntary organisations. They have extensive experience within the social change sector in both the UK and Europe ensures that we appreciate the financial and technical limits within which organisations often work. Optimal Tools are proud to work alongside them to deliver solutions to smaller organisations, providing our specialist knowledge with their sector know-how.
We work alongside Quest to provide more general cloud services - effectively a desktop that you can log into from anywhere. Hosted in their data centre and maintained to the highest security and reliability standards, we've implemented their product for multiple clients across different industries. More recently we have begun to implement their telephone system product alongside their engineers, and have received training in administering and maintaining the system.
Spitfire are a leading supplier of internet connections and telephone systems across the UK. We've partnered with them since 2006 and have worked together on a number of projects. As a long standing partner we've completed a number of training courses with them to become specialists in maintaining and supporting their products - giving our clients an enhanced service for no extra cost.
